Purchased SuperKing size. I Chose this to fit a MCM style decor and because the mattress goes to the edge of the platform. Due to the small bedroom I needed to save as much space as possible, and I hate knocking my shins against the sides of a bed. I am very satisfied with the bed frame. The colour is as expected, and is a warm brown. The Surface of the headboard is smooth, no rough wood or splinters. It appears to be strong and hasn’t shifted about or creaked. Just be aware that the headboard is made up of small pieces of wood, if you look closely at photos you will notice that. It wasn’t my first preference but I still ended up ordering it and I like it. The height available underneath is 14cm, so my underbed storage boxes didn’t fit under. I got new big bags that could squash under and I had a clear out too. We didn’t end up using the sticky strips that you’re supposed to place the mattress onto. My latex mattress is so heavy there’s no way it’s shifting anywhere. I did inadvertently order the assembly guys on delivery. So just be careful when ordering if you don’t want that. It only worked out to £40 though in my case, which was good value. The 2 guys took 45 mins to assemble the bed and they took all the packaging away.. Samantha. West Yorkshire Uk. Wed Sep 09 2026

Delivery was on time; bed appears solid, well made and of good colour. Went together fairly easily, however each side of the bed had no pilot holes where the central middle metal bar was supposed to be attached. The bar was a little short in length (5-8mm), meaning the screws had to be fitted at a slight outward angle to prevent them splitting the wood they were being screwed into.. Tim L. West Mids. The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. Overall assembly took about 2 hours. Finished product is very good though.. Pat. Tue Nov 25 2025
