This is a great desk for the price…. As long as you can manage realistic expectations. It took me around two hours to build solo… it’s pretty straightforward and all of the holes are pre-drilled so it’s easy to line it all up. The wood looks pretty, as long as you don’t look too closely, because then you can see the scuffs. At the end of the day, it’s cheap veneered wood and that’s reflected in the price… but it does the job and looks to be a higher spec quality than it is. The instructions are mostly easy to follow, but there is an error around parts 4 on the drawer section and it took me a while to work out why it didn’t fit. As a consequence, the back didn’t line up properly… it’s not a dealbreaker, but it was a time suck and frustrating. All in all, I would recommend this desk.
