It is more or less what I expected for the price. It was easy to assemble and took me about one hour in total. However, I did take a coffee break in the middle of assembly. The chair itself is comfortable. However, both the riser/lower pedal and recliner pedal don't seem to work efficiently. I have managed to get the chair at the correct height for me but cannot get the pedal to lower the chair again. The recliner pedal does not work at all. However, it was already set at the upright position and, as this is the only position I want, this isn't a problem for me. The massage function is not very strong even on the high setting and is very noisy. so it is no good for relaxing! Overall, the chair meets my needs, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient massage chair.. Sheila. Market Drayton, GB. Sat Sep 05 2026

Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Also the leather has a small hole in it on the front of the chair, but as long as it's not messed with it shouldn't get any worse. Overall really pleased!. Rebecca. Telford, GB. Tue Jul 21 2020

So far so good. It’s a nice chair and happy with it. Took me around 45 min to build it, I would recommend having a screwdriver as the back screws can be slightly annoying using the key that came with the chair to adjust it. Thanks.. Carlos. Glasgow, GB. Sat Sep 05 2020

Its your favorite Uncle Joey back again with a photo of the orange chair. As mentioned before Its a pain to assemble. Luckily I live alone and no one heard me cussing at it for almost 4hrs. The hardware is subpar and could literally break when fastening the bolts. Sending your hands flying towards some sharp edges etc. I made it out unscathed thnx for asking. 4stars Daddy O. Hit it DJ. This multi-functional chair will handle all of your wants and needs that you desire in an office chair, along with great comfort.

Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022
