Absolutely disgusting delivery and customer service by wayfair. Received my product which was damaged beyond belief. So much damage you could not imagine.
When i rang to inform them and ask for a refund they to me I would not get one until I returned the goods. The goods were a corner desk that were heavy and no longer in the packaging as I'd cut the boxes open to see the goods.
Now they want the goods returned in boxes at my own expense and I'm a 80 year old disabled woman who cannot do this. Until I do this they are withholding a refund.
