The items arrived and they were not as expected at all. The colouring is completely different to the product advert and the quality is diabolical. Attempted to speak with customer service, put through to a bot which was a total waste of time. Went through to an advisor who stopped responding to my messages without warning. Overall, spent an hour attempting to get a resolution without any luck so have had to suck it up and pay a £10 return fee!!! This is a total joke and definitely the last time I will ever use Wayfair. Great desk that looks just like the pictures. It feels sturdy and well made. The L-shape gives plenty of space for working, and the cabinet is really useful for storage.
