I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. This chair from Wayfair seems to be the most well made and durable so far. It's very comfortable and looks great too! Thank you Wayfair for your help!. Thomas. Bognor Regis, GB. Sat Jul 25 2026

First off I will admit Im petrified of anything I have to put together myself. But this assembly truly was easy. So easy I wouldve regretted if I paid someone to set it up. Peoduct was delivered within a week in a box that was a little beat up although everything was so well packaged inside there was no damage to the product at all. This is a great looking chair. I wouldnt say it looks like real leather but that's because it is not. Seems to be built well, it swivels nicely, reclines a little but not much. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as I had hoped although its brand new and I noticed every time I sit in it it feels a little better. I dont feel its as supportive as I had hoped. My old chair actually feels better. This one looks great in my house much better than my old chair, but Im keeping both till I get used to this one. In all honesty if I sat in it before I bought it, I probably wouldnt have bought it. But I feel it is the type of chair that will break in with more use and look and feel even better as time goes on.. Bethany. Peabody, MA. Thu Aug 13 2026

The seat cushion is definitely on the firmer side, which felt a bit stiff for the first week, but now my lower back doesnt ache at all after sitting for eight-plus hours. The recline is super smooth for taking quick breaks, and being able to adjust the armrests in every direction made it easy to match my desk height perfectly. Assembly took about 20 minutes on my own. Prolonged sitting can lead to various pains including neck, back, and sciatic nerve pain. You may benefit from an ergonomic chair that effectively supports different parts of your body, alleviating discomfort and promoting a posture that minimizes strain on your body.

Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. But this chair leaves space so my legs don’t get numb while sitting. Also, the quality is amazing, that’s why I included close ups of the parts. The armrests rotate in so I can actually rest my elbows while typing. And the headrest comes down low enough to actually cradle my neck. The back is also able to adjust so that it fits your low and upper back at the same time. I’m 5’3” and never expected I would find a unicorn office chair like this!!!!. Sarah. US. Thu Aug 24 2023

The office chair has been ergonomically designed to take into account the natural curves and posture of the human body, providing good support and comfort. Through the waist pillow design that can be adjusted up and down and back and forth, it can better fit the waist and relieve the fatigue caused by sitting for a long time.

The chair is comfortable, instructions are easy and clear.. Emily. Claremont. Thu Feb 20 2025
