The chairs came quicker than anticipated, which was bonus. The old chair had a fractured support and in a dangerous condition. The design fault on the new chair appears to have been addressed. The chair came in parts and ready to assemble, assembly time about twenty five minutes. Quality is good, however the seat is a little hard and will take a time to wear in.
