Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The Aryel Sofa Bed has been produced to the highest standards for your safety and comfort.

Product was good despite the lighter colour than expected, but I had my issue regarding the deliveryshipping. I paid extra to have this set up, but when the people came to set it up, half an hour later we realised the bed that was meant to be attached wasn’t properly secured.
