Fantastic quality chair. Extremely comfortable as well.. Nicholas. Swindon, GB. Thu Nov 12 2020

It took me about 20 minutes to put together, the instructions (if you can call them that) were a guide rather than clear step by step instructions, but it’s all pretty intuitive. I got this in the sale, and it was ok for the price I paid, but I wouldn’t have paid the £450 for it.. Terry. Sinnington York, GB. Sat Nov 13 2021

really comfy chair, designed to almost perfection. i have 1 bolt in the back to attach the back part to the seat that will NOT align or screw in for the life of me. The other 3 had to be slightly forced too to align and get in. Andrew. Newark, GB. Mon Sep 05 2022

One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time. The chair seat is also very wide, probably ~ 5cm wider than usual. Overall, 4 stars from be due to the problem screw, harder seat than expected and lack of lumbar support at this price.. Anonymous. Really nice chair and exactly what I needed to work in comfort all day. So easy to put together as well. Would have been 5 star but box badly damaged (didn’t affect the chair) upon delivery and zip catches missing from back of head rest.. David. Long Sutton Spalding, GB. Sat Sep 26 2020

The Olive brown PU leather office chair is the perfect example of this and benefits from the executive chair features that we all know and love, with the addition of integrated wooden effect detailing and inspired design throughout.

Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. We will wait to see if the quality improves!. Oliver. Thu Nov 30 2023

The chair looks great in the photos, it was easy to assemble but in reality its cheap and not at all robust. It states can take up to maximum of 120kg weight, I'm 70kg and it has already started to wear out. the arms cannot be adjusted though the height can. The massage feature is not massage more of a loud vibration that gets annoying after a while. As a result of this chair I have shoulder back and neck pain, its poorly built. I bought it in May within 6 months its worn out. I do not use it daily. Its used just at the weekends for approx 6 hours in my office. the description on the website is misleading. I would send it back if I could. I have so many sores after use of just a few hours my shoulder and arms hurt as well as my lower back. I've attached photos. Safe your money! The website states made in the UK but it was made in China, very misleading!. Kirti. Thurmaston Leicester, GB. Thu Nov 28 2024
