Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time. The chair seat is also very wide, probably ~ 5cm wider than usual. Overall, 4 stars from be due to the problem screw, harder seat than expected and lack of lumbar support at this price.. Anonymous. Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me.
