The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. Will need to test for regular use but so far impressed.. Ben Lane. Llantwit Major. Sat Jan 14 2023

comfortable and as per description. Juhi. GB. Tue Jun 02 2020

This deluxe medium mesh back visitor chair offers both stunning designer aesthetics and features which give that extra comforting support. A sculptured lumbar and spine supporting mesh back with outer black shell is matched by a deep cushioned seat with a slight waterfall front and a beautifully polished designer chrome cantilever base finishes the piece.

It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out. I'll try securing them with glue, but apart from the wheels it's a good chair with great lumbar support.. R. London, GB. Sun Sep 24 2017
