I love it.Great chair . I bought this chair about a month ago for my work-from-home setup and gaming, and overall Im really happy with it. The seat cushion is definitely on the firmer side, which felt a bit stiff for the first week, but now my lower back doesnt ache at all after sitting for eight-plus hours. The recline is super smooth for taking quick breaks, and being able to adjust the armrests in every direction made it easy to match my desk height perfectly. Assembly took about 20 minutes on my own. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Excellent desk chair for what i do with it. I wouldn’t suggest it if you were to put it in an office or use it as a home office where you are sitting in it for 8-12 hours a day. What a difference a good chair makes! I'd being struggling with back pains over the last few weeks and ascribed it to a combination of not moving or exercising as much due to vacation. It turned out to be the previous chair I was using. The lumbar support is brilliant and even with the handrest down, slides nicely under my table while my previous chair couldn't. The only niggles I have come across so far are the net-like designs on the seat and handrest that will soon become a magnet for dirt. Just a few days and I've had to use various pointy objects to pick things out. Probably due to the chair's very light weight and easy-rolling casters, it slides all too easily over my hard floor mat.
