Arrived quite quickly. The tilt does not work. The lift handle is loose. The back rest lifts up and down, but the screw to keep it in place doesn't tighten. These three parts come as already assembled, so I don't think it is linked to me putting the sit together. It looks like its made from cheap plastic. The only thing that works is that it goes up and down. You only realise that once you have taken an hour assembling it, and need to take another hour to disassemble. I hope Wayfair offers to pick up the parcel as part of their return policy. I would recommend to buy an alternative.. Melanie. London, GB. Sat Jan 03 2026

Instant back relief! Im 76 and after a few changes around of the screws (I still struggle with visualising metric sizes) I put this together myself with the aid of Ottoman (also Wayfair) for supporting main pieces whilst I struggled with screw sizes :) and I made it in an evening - anyone younger wouldn't take 20 mins I'm sure! But I'm delighted with it - its so comfortable to sit on and the back support is perfect. Seat height can be changed as can the headrest - in fact headrest can be left off too. Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Also the leather has a small hole in it on the front of the chair, but as long as it's not messed with it shouldn't get any worse. Overall really pleased!. Rebecca. Telford, GB. Tue Jul 21 2020

It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out. I'll try securing them with glue, but apart from the wheels it's a good chair with great lumbar support.. R. London, GB. Sun Sep 24 2017

good product. 4 star instead of 5 simply because the neck support it is not enough for my height. ( I'm 180cm tall ). Simone. Whitefield Manchester, GB. Wed Apr 01 2020
