Hello, I’ve only had the chair for a short while and I’ve been very pleased with it. However, for the past three days, there’s been a problem with the height adjustment mechanism. Very pleased with the Messina chair. The most impressive thing is the general build quality, everything feels incredibly solid and well constructed. Instructions for assembly are simple and the screws are stored in letter coded blister packs meaning step by step assembly is easy. Be warned, the chair is very heavy and so two people will be needed to assemble it completely. I needed two people to lift the product into our 2nd story apartment. Quality feels excellent and there's a huge range of adjustments. Only two minor points 1) the lumbar cushion is not fixed and falls off more often than not and 2) the covering of the actual seating part is a little "loose" and doesn't comfort to the cushioning underneath - after a week's use there's a sign of stretch in the fabric. The Olive brown PU leather office chair is the perfect example of this and benefits from the executive chair features that we all know and love, with the addition of integrated wooden effect detailing and inspired design throughout.

Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism.
