I am quite disappointed with Wayfair. Details of the product indicate no assembly was needed, and I just received the order with a chair to fully assemble on my own, with really poor instructions. A basic paper stating almost nothing. Beside that, the box was completely damaged, the delivery company did not even ring the door and left the box at the building entrance in this state. Most likely due to the damage, they did not want to face the costumer. Another unpleasant thing is the fact Wayfair says product is from Inbox Zero, which is wrong. The product is from Office Furniture Direct, in their website for a lower value than Wayfair even under the pretense discount. I am quite disappointed and learn my lesson not to trust again.. Susana. The chair looks great in the photos, it was easy to assemble but in reality its cheap and not at all robust. It states can take up to maximum of 120kg weight, I'm 70kg and it has already started to wear out. the arms cannot be adjusted though the height can. The massage feature is not massage more of a loud vibration that gets annoying after a while. As a result of this chair I have shoulder back and neck pain, its poorly built. I bought it in May within 6 months its worn out. I do not use it daily. Its used just at the weekends for approx 6 hours in my office. the description on the website is misleading. I would send it back if I could. I have so many sores after use of just a few hours my shoulder and arms hurt as well as my lower back. I've attached photos. Safe your money!
