Gazebo came nicely packaged. And I absolutely love the gazebo now that it is up. There were unfortunately, several panels that had dents in them and one of the structure pieces was a little banged up. This is a great looking gazebo and I was surprised that no pieces or hardware was missing. Assembly was straightforward for the most part but you will likely need 3 people or two very strong people. I managed to do all, except the roof by myself but the roof was tricky! That’s where you will need 3 people - one to attach it, two to lift each piece. Most of the pieces were straight and lined up. A couple were bent but they still worked and it looks great after I finished. I got the gutter kits as well. As a gazebo the product is first class, however, the instructions leave something to be desired. They consist of 2 pages of pictures in a multi language book that just talk about other things, there are NO actual written instructions. The pictures are actually incorrect and one of the parts (the bottom rail) is shown upside down. This was not apparent until trying to fit the vertical bars which just wouldn’t fit until the bottom rail was turned over. Whilst the constituent parts are well labelled there is virtually no chance of assembling the item single handed, it makes no mention of requiring more than one person for assembly. Bough this as a gazebo/frame for grapevine. It works ok for me. What I would say is that the engineering is not perfect. I wouldn't expect much more for the price but be aware it's not a high precision construction. That said, it fitted together ok and is strong enough. I like that it is fairly minimal looking.
