The fire is great! However I have more appreciation and respect for the Wayfair Customer Care service. The package came with a lot of damage to the box and I thought it prudent to report this before taking the fire out the packaging. The response and support throughout was great, photos were uploaded of all the packaging damage and the Customer Care team where there every step of the way. The positive is the fire had no damage and worked a treat. Many thanks Wayfair.. Darren. Cramlington, GB. Fri May 30 2025

This is a lovely piece of furniture at a great price - the fireplace is big and the 3 options are quite beautiful. I only tried the heating to make sure it worked but I don’t use it as heating so can’t comment on that. Material is not great but considering the price, it’s great value for money. I had an issue with damaged parts but costumer service was amazing, prompt and swiftly resolution. I bought from wayfair before a few years ago and I will carry on buying since I am a very happy costumer.. Paula Saraiva. Twickenham, GB. Fri Sep 18 2026

Introduce the modern and luxurious comfort of a real fire into your home with our striking electric fireplace. Thanks to the advanced LED technology, the fireplace offers a vivid, blazing log burning fire effect. Even better, the 7 kinds of backlighting surrounding the fireplace will instantly transform your space into a relaxing and cozy haven the moment it is turned on.

The fire and surround is stunning, I love it, my pics are with the backlight on with realistic log fire and flames. There are different setting for flames as well as different back lights to suit your living room surroundings or mood which is a fab feature. I also included a picture without the backlighting and the fire still looks like a realistic log burning effect fire and super cosy. My only issue was that the fire surrounding was flat packed and as long as you persevere you,ll end up with a stunning cosy fire and surround, so well worth the effort and price!. Margaret. This stove will provide ambience and warmth without the hazard of a real fireplace. It is designed with two heat settings and adjustable flame brightness so one can adjust the temperature according to desired needs to keep the living space warm and comfortable. The realistic fire effect and a transparent window can bring a different visual experience.
