The bed is lovely and assembly relatively easy - would have given 5 stars but the slats don't come automatically, you have to order them separately which seems weird. The actual slats are great but the assembly is pretty painful. Instructions are mediocre and we'd put several of the slats together before we realised that they had to be threaded into the fabric runner so we had to start again. It is a lovely looking bed and rather sturdy. Putting together was ok, a couple of bits were confusing, but worked it out in the end. Instructions at first looked daunting, but once I got started it wasn’t too bad. You can’t use an electric screwdriver on most of it, so a bit of muscle power is needed, as some places where the screw goes in doesn’t have hole , which did confuse me, but it all turned out good.
