Easy to set up and good quality. Emma. Mon Mar 27 2023

Descent chair bought to work from home. It was easy enough to assemble on my own. I now use it on a full time basis. I find it is comfortable and provides good back support. The adjustable armrests provide good support also and as a result my shoulder and neck pain is lessened. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my chair close enough to the desk but there was no issue. Fast delivery from Wayfair too.. Bernice. Belfast, GB. Wed Dec 02 2020

Great chair, very comfortable and the canvas from the back is more durable than it looks in the photo. Assembly took about 30 mins.. Anonymous. Glasgow, GB. Tue Apr 13 2021

Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Also the leather has a small hole in it on the front of the chair, but as long as it's not messed with it shouldn't get any worse. Overall really pleased!. Rebecca. Telford, GB. Tue Jul 21 2020

This Leather Desk Chair features a highly supportive executive ideal for top-level users who want the support often only found in the task or operational seating.

I bought it to replace another chair that broke. This one is much more comfortable and is real leather according to the listing when I purchased it, even if I couldn’t tell at first. (Please include something to reassure that it is real in the packaging.) The chair also has Ben good for my back. Elliot. Dewsbury, GB. Sat Jul 11 2020

good product. 4 star instead of 5 simply because the neck support it is not enough for my height. ( I'm 180cm tall ). Simone. Whitefield Manchester, GB. Wed Apr 01 2020

Comfortable chair. Few washers & bolts missing but rectified quickly. Tricky putting arms on.. Mrs L. Shepherdswell Dover, . Wed Jul 22 2020

Easy to assemble, very comfortable for all day use, great back support also. We use these in our office and also for those home working. Colours are fab and brighten up a room, we have the green ones.. Anthony. Stoke-on-trent, GB. Sat Jan 02 2021

I would have liked it to move a bit higher. Sohni. Stanmore, GB. Tue May 05 2020

Very comfy and easy to adjust. It is very large and heavy, however! Although with the seat and arms lowered it does tuck under the kitchen table perfectly well, so can still be used in a small flat.. Katy. London, GB. Mon Aug 03 2020

Comfy office chair. Anonymous. Watford, GB. Mon Apr 06 2020

Easy to build, comfortable to use for longer days working from home. Jim. West Linton. Sun May 10 2020

Great chair, easy to put together, very comfortable.. Andrew. Bromley, GB. Tue Aug 31 2021

Very good chair. In the photo, it looks quite basic but it is really massive and adjustable. The headrest is very well attached. The lumbar support is adjustable in terms of height and thickness. The seat is well padded and the firmness is spot on. The chair looks really durable and well made. The only potential issue is that the lowest sitting height is already quite high due to the thickness of the sit. A person with shorter shins like me needs a high footrest. . Bartosz. London, GB. Great chair and very supportive. Richard. Kingsfold Horsham, GB. Sat Aug 01 2020

Excellent chair, which was easy to assemble. Had an issue in that part of the leg had been broken in delivery but Wayfair are sorting replacement out.. Wayne. Wallington, GB. Wed Nov 29 2017

The 2 incorporates all the functionality of the popular Portland but also has the addition of an infinite locking mechanism.

Worst ever made. Tilt is not working and falling front. The fabric of the base is quite slippery. Not happy at all waste of time to assemble.. Gowrisankar. GB. Tue Mar 27 2018

Prompt delivery. Chairs easy to put together. Seem well made and are comfortable. Easy to adjust. Look good.. Sandra. Newtown, GB. Wed Nov 21 2018

Took less than 30 mins to assemble, it’s very comfy but slightly wobbly on the arms!. Anonymous. Thu Oct 29 2020

Very uncomfortable! the armrests are positioned too far out on the sides and in front so cannot rest my arms on them as it would be uncomfortable. The seat depth is too short, it feels like i'm about to slip off the chair! Very unhappy with this product... Shahnaz. Streetly Sutton Coldfield, GB. Fri Jan 05 2018

Was sceptical at first but this chair is actually very good and would recommend for anyone sitting for long periods of time.. Nadeem. Patchway Bristol, GB. Fri Jan 29 2021

This model is the UK exclusive to dynamic and is our most sought-after, best-selling mesh chair. A distinctive design with breathable mesh. The contoured seat and back will give you additional support.

I initially ordered a different chair from Wayfair that arrived broken and I was hesitant at the idea of getting an exact replacement for that chair (which I feared may too arrive broken). After a quick phone chat with a very helpful Wayfair Customer Support Representative, they offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which I used to purchase this, more expensive chair. I had hoped that spending the extra might lead to better quality, at least over the previous cheaper one – fortunately I was right! I’m not sure if it’s just the lighting in the product images, but the back of the chair is not metallic/chrome as I had imagined from the pictures. It is very much Matt Black, still metal, but no shine. I’d say the images are slightly misleading, but I honestly like the Matt Black look which suits my dark desk setup. This chair is sturdy and well built. It weighs a lot… which is something to note if you have thick carpets, it’s not the easiest to roll around. Aside from that, it is comfortable, offers ample lumbar support and lots of adjustability to suit different body heights. I’m a tall guy (6ft 4”) and this seats me well, it goes plenty high and the back is supportive and comfortable for the length of my torso. Due to my height, I did not opt for the version of this that included the headrest, since in my experience the headrests tend to be way down my neck and are uncomfortable. In hindsight I should have gotten the headrest version, since the back is high enough that I imagine the headrest would genuinely level with my head and be a nice additional feature. I’m not sure if Wayfair are able to sell the headrest separately or if I could find it from a third-party supplier, but I might have a go at looking, since I think it would be worth getting. I’m giving this a rating of 4 stars, though that is more a reflection of the overall experience I had purchasing a new desk chair from Wayfair in general rather than on this product directly. This specific chair is excellent and I would definitely recommend it.. Minesh. Bristol, Uk. Thu Apr 23 2020

Shaped to delight, this Sanderson Mesh Desk Chair has an emphasis on user wellbeing and functionality. An outstanding example of the task chair genre.

robust and conformtable. However, one screw hole was very difficult to fit in. not that shinny and elegant manufactured. Xi. Kingston Upon Thames, GB. Sun Jun 16 2019

Not particularly comfortable, elements given in the box don’t fit the product. Fittings aren’t very tight so arms are very loose. Overall below average.. Jamie. Bolton, GB. Thu Apr 25 2019

Seat and back padding is a little bit hard , but otherwise very adjustable which as I spend a lot of time at desk was important.. Adam. London, GB. Wed Sep 09 2020

Ergonomic design: Curved backrest with lumbar support provides tailored support for your back. Synchro-tilt allows the chair to be reclined up to 130°. Seat height adjustable.

I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. It’s pretty pointless in that you have to maintain a physical push backwards in order to keep it back.. Paula Pickard. Glen Parva Leicester, GB. Fri Mar 05 2021
