The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. It's not quite as sturdy feeling as I thought it would be... I'm a big lad (around 96kg) but time will tell how long it lasts. Deffo the locking mechanism from the pole to the chair is better than previous chairs I've owned. I love my new chair. It is very comfortable, supportive and stylish. I have severe back, hip, and other joint issues. I can easily sit in this chair with hours of comfort. Which I can't do with most seating because of joint pain. The chair really is worth 5 stars and price is extremely reasonable. I gave 4 stars because I wish the chair could be adjusted by being able to lean back. It can only be adjusted by moving it up and down for height adjustment reasons.
