Ok. First of all - it’s incredibly easy to unbox and get in place. The pieces are much lighter once they have inflated however this is also a drawback because the side pieces separate from the middle piece too easily. I have purchased some heavy duty Velcro tape to try and keep them from migrating apart. The rear of the seat area is firm and comfortable but the edges are too soft. If you sit at the edge of the seat you sink too low and feel like you might topple off. If you have the sofa set up the way it is in my photo and try to lie long ways, you sink into the dip between the side and middle piece. The middle piece is not as firm as the side pieces. The cylinder pieces that Velcro on and prop up the back pieces aren’t really that great. I found if you want to lie down on the couch it’s better to remove them and put the back cushions where they should sit to give you more room to get comfy on the seat. The material is so soft and looks great. The a a lovely colour and it really feels comfy. It’s just so annoying that you can’t get the side pieces to attach to the middle to stop migration. It is a very budget-friendly option for such a big sofa, but it has its drawbacks. I am glad I purchased it, however I paid for 5 years insurance on it and I doubt I’ll keep it for that long.. I love this sofa bed, it is huge! At first we thought it would be too big for the room but it is quite low down. It is the ultimate slouchy sofa, very comfy. I love this sofa ! It looks absolutely stunning. Ihave a hip problem so unsupported seating is not an option for me, the seats are firm and the height is perfect. You do have to drill your own screw holes to attach the feet but luckily I had someone with me who is fine with things like that. Only one complaint, the delivery guy struggled to get it into my flat (ground floor) and as his ‘helper’ wasn’t any use he had to manhandle it in by himself. I found damage on unwrapping the sofa, so only 4 stars, on one corner where it had been dragged along outside and a tear in the bottom. To ensure the stability of the product, we have retained the complete oak, so the texture of the oak will make each product unique. To avoid wear, we added anti-skid pads on the bottom of the four feet.

I am happy with this little sofa now it is assembled. However when it arrived in an open damaged box I was expecting parts missing or broken. I was wrong it was all there and not damaged. Although one of the bolts had a worn thread which my husband managed to rethread. It was very tricky to assemble as the screw holes did not align. Awful experience from start to end, even had to set the couch up myself and didn’t have the tools to do this so also had to go out and spend more money on a drill. The colour is exactly what I wanted, that is my only positive but the experience buying from Wayfair has ruined this chair for me. The couch doesn’t even have any underneath its wood only sealed with a cheaper bit of plastic, not at all what I expected but I cannot be bothered with the hassle and delays of another 2-3 months sending this back and ordering a new one..
