This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. It's comfy and not hard to put together however I got this one because it was overall 60cm width however its more like 65cm. So now the chair does not fit very well under my desk due to this. Update: after having this chair for just under 10 months now I can say its a lot less comfortable and the rocking feature is very noisy makes creaking and cracking sounds constantly if you tip back a little.
