Lumbar Support Synchro Tilt Office Chairs

Experience all-day comfort, redefined. Our high-back executive office chair is engineered not just for sitting, but for lasting support, featuring a generously thickened seat cushion and an equally plush, high-density backrest that cradles your entire posture. The intuitive controls allow you to seamlessly glide the chair to your perfect height, but the true benefit is found in the synchronized support system. As you lean back, the integrated lumbar and head cushions intuitively adjust their contact, providing a dynamic embrace that moves with you, preventing the stiffness associated with static chairs. This creates a sensation of weightless support that encourages better posture naturally, transforming long hours at your desk from a chore into a sustained experience of personalized comfort. It’s an investment in your well-being, delivering a level of tailored ergonomic luxury that must be felt to be truly understood.

Easy to assemble - took about an hour from opening the box! The only slightly tricky bit was putting the chair bit onto the base - however that is because this is a robust product and, therefore, quite heavy. It is very comfortable too. Helen. Poole, GB. Wed Jan 08 2025

Comfy and Sturdy even for a heavier male. Great height to sit correctly. Its a great buy with the extended support and means i wont have to invest for at least five years! Thanks Wayfair. Nicholas. GB. Thu Aug 28 2025

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. good product. 4 star instead of 5 simply because the neck support it is not enough for my height. ( I'm 180cm tall ). Simone. Whitefield Manchester, GB. Wed Apr 01 2020

The ultimate ergonomic chair-offering exceptionsal back support via dual panelled curved mesh backrest design-complemented with a matching height and angle adjustable headrest

Very good chair. In the photo, it looks quite basic but it is really massive and adjustable. The headrest is very well attached. The lumbar support is adjustable in terms of height and thickness. The seat is well padded and the firmness is spot on. The chair looks really durable and well made. The only potential issue is that the lowest sitting height is already quite high due to the thickness of the sit. A person with shorter shins like me needs a high footrest. . Bartosz. London, GB. This model is the UK exclusive to dynamic and is our most sought-after, best-selling mesh chair. A distinctive design with breathable mesh. The contoured seat and back will give you additional support.

I initially ordered a different chair from Wayfair that arrived broken and I was hesitant at the idea of getting an exact replacement for that chair (which I feared may too arrive broken). After a quick phone chat with a very helpful Wayfair Customer Support Representative, they offered me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which I used to purchase this, more expensive chair. I had hoped that spending the extra might lead to better quality, at least over the previous cheaper one – fortunately I was right! I’m not sure if it’s just the lighting in the product images, but the back of the chair is not metallic/chrome as I had imagined from the pictures. It is very much Matt Black, still metal, but no shine. I’d say the images are slightly misleading, but I honestly like the Matt Black look which suits my dark desk setup. This chair is sturdy and well built. It weighs a lot… which is something to note if you have thick carpets, it’s not the easiest to roll around. Aside from that, it is comfortable, offers ample lumbar support and lots of adjustability to suit different body heights. I’m a tall guy (6ft 4”) and this seats me well, it goes plenty high and the back is supportive and comfortable for the length of my torso. Due to my height, I did not opt for the version of this that included the headrest, since in my experience the headrests tend to be way down my neck and are uncomfortable. In hindsight I should have gotten the headrest version, since the back is high enough that I imagine the headrest would genuinely level with my head and be a nice additional feature. I’m not sure if Wayfair are able to sell the headrest separately or if I could find it from a third-party supplier, but I might have a go at looking, since I think it would be worth getting. I’m giving this a rating of 4 stars, though that is more a reflection of the overall experience I had purchasing a new desk chair from Wayfair in general rather than on this product directly. This specific chair is excellent and I would definitely recommend it.. Minesh. Bristol, Uk. Thu Apr 23 2020

I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. It’s pretty pointless in that you have to maintain a physical push backwards in order to keep it back.. Paula Pickard. Glen Parva Leicester, GB. Fri Mar 05 2021

What I love about this Mesh Executive Chair is that lumbar support, that curve in the back hits my lower back and I feel so much relief. The chair can, like it says in the information get tall which I imagine would be great for a drafting table but our daughter loves to just ride up and down on it ) the mesh and black make it easy to clean.. Complete with a bonded leather seat and back and padded armrests, this Managers High-Back Leather Executive Chair is a great update for your study or home office.

I bought this chair due to the current working from home situation as my original chair was lovely but was not made to be used 8-10 hours per day. I needed something more comfortable & supportive and knew I needed a more robust executive model - I am really glad I did as this chair is really comfortable, wider seat and can tilt as needed. It looks and feels like a great quality chair. Not that difficult to assemble...in fact, my youngest daughter (15) put it together for me in under an hour while I continued to work...all I had to do was tighten a few bits when she was done. Overall a great chair that is made to be sat in for hours on end. I would highly recommend - its worth paying more a better product like this. Nicky. Langley, GB. Wed May 27 2020
