This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022
