Speedy delivery, easy to assemble and a very comfortable chair!. Anonymous. Sun Dec 10 2023

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Comfy chair but unfortunately the lumbar support cushion doesn't stay inflated anymore after 2 years of use.. Anonymous. Wed Apr 03 2024
