This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right. Arrived quickly it was a job and a half to build the chair my son would of liked the back to be higher to support his head and neck better he finds it a bit low ( All in all sturdy chair all parts present and instructions were ok except for screws could of been identified to make for easier assembly. Not that difficult to assemble...in fact, my youngest daughter (15) put it together for me in under an hour while I continued to work...all I had to do was tighten a few bits when she was done.
