We have been using this for 2 years now. So this is a long term review. Assembly wasn't too difficult and my wife and I were able to do it without more help. Overall the quality is good and the paint has oxidized somewhat and there are some small rust spots but overall great. The shade is also good quality and very heavy duty. We're in Florida so I have to clean and pressure wash it every 6 months or so but it comes up pretty nice. The pergola turned out great. Only a few minor manufacturing errors in one of the connection points, but we were able to work around it. Also, the plastic rings connecting the two leg parts were difficult to make work at first. There was no issue with these specific parts.
