Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it. My husband loves this hot tub! This was an upgrade from an inflatable tub. Very sturdy, easy to put together with 2 people, just follow the instructions. There’s a video instruction as well if needed. We’ve had it for a few weeks, so I’ll have to update on how long it lasts. Looks good on the deck!. Julies. Sat Aug 29 2026
