Love the fire but struggling to use the remote control cannot work it out at all. Deborah. Manchester, GB. Thu Jul 30 2026

This fireplace is a modern design with off white MDF mantle and shelf plinth and a toughened mirrored glass front. Due to the LED technology, the fireplace is low cost to run when using the flame and lighting effects – less than £4 per year if used for 5 hours per day. The product comes with a digital LCD display remote control which includes a seven-day programmer, a thermostat with the display, a room-temperature sensor, open window detection, and adaptive start control (turns on the heater to warm the room ready for the programmed start time). The heater automatically switches between 1 and 2kW depending on the room temperature and set the temperature required and can be used with or without the LED lighting. The fire surround is great quality with the added bonus of a remote, colour mood lighting function, the option to change the colour of the fire bed. There is a choice of 3 flame colours. A choice of pebbles, logs or crystals, depending on your preference. I use the small pebbles and real kindling with the addition of small logs in the recess to create a more realistic look. It was relatively easy to assemble. It depends on where you want it placed on the wall we managed to hide the socket in the recess so there is no cable showing which made the process a little longer to put on the wall. The cable is however white which could run along a skirting board to hide and was quite a long cable. It was quick delivery also.. Janice. Moreton In Marsh. Mon Sep 28 2026

This product will create an attractive focal point in any home. With no recess required this fire can be located flexibly to create the optimum impact. It can also be operated by the supplied remote control which has the capabilities of a 7-day programmable timer, open door/window detection, and adjustable thermostat.

Brilliant really pleased with it. It looks really good and makes the room look cosy. Diane. Luton, GB. Sat Jun 07 2025

I love it makes the room cosy and the rocks are real and make it look authentic. Love the back-light.. Michelle Ann. Gateshead, GB. Sat Feb 12 2022

Powered by electricity, which is safer than this traditional gas fireplace, it is fitted with a beautiful white mantelpiece, creating an elegant look in the home. The heater temperature can be switched between 1000W and 2000W, covering a large 20-25 area, to keep the room heated wonderfully both day and night. It is also made with an adaptive function, which intelligently sets itself to a temperature dependent on the room's warmth, with the safety cut-off device ensuring it won't overheat. An elegant and safe upgrade to your traditional fireplace.

Wow! My favourite buy of the year My living room definitely needed that!. Rosemary. Harrow, GB. Sat Nov 25 2023

Cosy firelight, warmth and a romantic atmosphere. This elegant fireplace insert creates the realistic illusion of fire in every room. The soft light, with its deceptively real flames and glowing wooden logs, creates a cosy and romantic atmosphere, without soot and ashes. The heating function can be switched on or off, providing warmth and nicely enhancing the flame effect. The brightness can be adjusted to five levels even without heating, so you can create the feel of a fireplace in every season. The LED flames ignite completely independently from the heating function, even on mild summer nights. The heater, with two heating levels provides pleasant warmth during the frosty autumn and winter months. It can be operated right at the fireplace or by conveniently using the remote control, so you can stay in a comfortable position and simply enjoy it. The simple design of this fireplace adapts effortlessly to any living environment. The exterior comprises a solid glass plate resting on four metal cylinders that complete the luxurious look.

We bought this originally as a temporary replacement for our gas fire that had just been removed, however the fire looks great in the room, it has a sensor which allows you to set what temperature you want the room to be so it only fires up when the room falls below that temperature, it’s also remote controlled so you don’t even have to get of your chair. The only negative is that it comes with a European plug so you have to change that, or use an adapter before you can use it.. Tina. Rochester, GB. Sun Oct 09 2022
