I was really nervous after I’d seen the reviews but the delivery men couldn’t have been nicer, they took the packages to the room I asked them to, and yes it was a pain to put together, but betweeen my husband and I we did it in a few days. One star missing because one of the steps broke when my husband climbed them to finish the slats on the bed and he hadn’t put the fronts on the stairs to secure them beforehand.. Anonymous. When getting over the ordeal of the build, really pleased with the beds. Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. After reading some reviews, agree with the strong smelling paint, had to drill holes that were missing on the steps and the pieces didn’t have the labels. Wasn’t impossible to figure but would have made it easier. Two person job for parts.. Kate. Leicester. Fri Aug 18 2023

Lilianna's contemporary design is accompanied by great functionality, with a robust ladder that can be assembled on either the left or right and the capacity to convert to a single bed if required at any time in the future.

It is a lovely looking bed and rather sturdy. Putting together was ok, a couple of bits were confusing, but worked it out in the end. Instructions at first looked daunting, but once I got started it wasn’t too bad. You can’t use an electric screwdriver on most of it, so a bit of muscle power is needed, as some places where the screw goes in doesn’t have hole , which did confuse me, but it all turned out good. Would highly recommend this bed.. Danielle. GB. Sat Aug 22 2020

Absolutely worth the money but be prepared for this epic flatpack! Warning the pieces are NOT labelled. It will arrive in 7 packages, open one at a time, hopefully the manual will be in the first box. On the 2nd page of the manual there will be a table that lists the contents of each box, youll have to identify which pieces are which by the measurements provided, so have a tape measure handy! Also have a drill ready, it will speed up the process quite a lot. Once thats all prepared the instructions are pretty straight forward and the pieces are very good quality. Although do the last two steps in reverse if you plan on having the bed against the wall like us, as it is quite heavy to move. We are extremely pleased with the final product and our daughter loves it. Plus theres sooooo much storage! We took a reasonably leisurely pace and completed it in about 8 hours across two days as there was only two of us and a 4 yo to entertain, so we stopped for meal breaks and playtime etc. Would recommend!. Vivien. Uttoxeter, GB. Sun Mar 28 2021
