Beautiful and well made chair. While it is comfortable for short uses I wouldn’t use it as a full time work-from-home chair. I use it in our spare bedroom, part-time office chair.. Anonymous. US. Fri Jul 10 2026

Nice chair, comfortable, good back support but squeaky. Not sure how it will hold up over time.. Sharon. Hilton Head Island, SC. Wed Apr 01 2026

Create a stylish and comfortable workspace with this executive chair, featuring a high-backed design with an integral headrest and padded armrests.

I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. Beautiful chair, but the arms do not fit with my desk therefore it is very uncomfortable to use. As the arms are wooden, they are hard, and I find them a bit painful as they do not offer support. The seat is very cushiony on the other hand and big. Another thing is that the chair makes a metallic sound when moving.. Melina. London. Sat Jul 11 2026

lol chair came quickly and was received in great shape. I really love the way it looks, but I will say as soon as I sat on it, I knew this was not the kind of chair that I wanna be using on a long day at the desk, it’s just kinda hard and I think if you had a wider bottom, these little side pieces would poke into you overall sturdy and so cute. Just not the most comfortable.. Jodi. Irwin, PA. Mon Sep 08 2025

Very easy to put together comfortable. Amanda. Sun Feb 07 2021

One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time. The chair seat is also very wide, probably ~ 5cm wider than usual. Overall, 4 stars from be due to the problem screw, harder seat than expected and lack of lumbar support at this price.. Anonymous. Knaphill Woking, GB. Mon Oct 04 2021

This is an elegantly styled gaming chair, fit for the home office and for gaming fanatics that want a touch of class in their home. This chair is decked out in a luxurious feel fabric, 4D armrests with full horizontal and vertical movements, a height-adjustable pedestal, and a tiltable backrest for fully customizable comfort.

Very pleased with the Messina chair. The most impressive thing is the general build quality, everything feels incredibly solid and well constructed. Instructions for assembly are simple and the screws are stored in letter coded blister packs meaning step by step assembly is easy. Be warned, the chair is very heavy and so two people will be needed to assemble it completely. I needed two people to lift the product into our 2nd story apartment. Quality feels excellent and there's a huge range of adjustments. Only two minor points 1) the lumbar cushion is not fixed and falls off more often than not and 2) the covering of the actual seating part is a little "loose" and doesn't comfort to the cushioning underneath - after a week's use there's a sign of stretch in the fabric. Very minor aesthetic points but worth noting just the same.. Anonymous. Southampton, GB. Tue Apr 28 2020
