The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. This chair has met all my expectations for our family office space. I love the option of having wheels or no wheels because I didn't want my kids to decide to turn our office into a race track when they should be using their homework.
