I have had to use headrests from my sun loungers to give me a better seating position (Not Ideal) I think it is the bracket angle which hold the back of the chair but I am not expert. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out.
