I just got it so the 5 stars are based on new condition.I hope to get atleast 5 good years from this chair.Anyway its nice looking. looks well made with a modern design.I dont understand the complaints about putting it together.The instructions are clear and it takes about 30 minutes .Its a little firm when new but Im sure it will soften up in a couple weeks. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. Good lumbar support, very comfortable and the arms moving on both the x and y axis is a great feature. Nearly all I’ve tried will rotate or move forward and back but never in and out.
