I'm really impressed with the service given by Wayfair and Inbox Zero! When assembling my chair, I found step 5 to be confusing and as a result, I needed to remove two bolts to make corrections, but the bolts pulled out the inner screw nuts with them. With no way to put these back in, I was left with a chair without one armrest. I contacted Wayfair and they promptly took care of my case and resolved the issue with the manufacturer, Inbox Zero. No questions asked, no hassle. The chair itself seems very sturdy. This is my 5th chair in 3 years, all costing around the same price range. This chair from Wayfair seems to be the most well made and durable so far. It's very comfortable and looks great too! Thank you Wayfair for your help!. Thomas. Bognor Regis, GB. Sat Jul 25 2026

Decent chair that does the job. The footrest in particular was the key selling point here because my fiancé prefers to sit cross-legged on her chair, so needed the extended area offered by the footrest to do so. Obviously you get what you pay for at this price point. The chair is not the most comfortable chair on the market, or the most ergonomic, but you'd have to spend three times the price to get that. For what this is, it is comfortable enough. And I will say that when fully reclined with footrest deployed, I could have slept in it too. This chair was also good value without including the gimmicky massage features I saw in similar price point chairs. Assembly was easy if you can follow simple picture directions. I wish Mayfair wouldn't use Evri as their courier but my issues are with Evri there, not with Mayfair or their supplier.. George . Manchester. Wed Apr 02 2025

Breaking through the limitations of traditional armless cross chairs, the Criss Cross Chair features five-position adjustable armrests, redefining home relaxation and office comfort through innovative design. Available in Teddy Bear plush, PU leather, faux fur, and beige, pink, gray, and black, it accommodates cross-legged and curled-up postures as well as extended work sessions. Blending American decor, ergonomics, aesthetics, and functionality, it serves as the perfect home companion.

I got the teddy bear one and I must say as a person who likes to sit in strange positions this chair fully supports that and I love it! (I also have already fallen asleep on it once, nap approved!!). Anonymous. Fri Aug 21 2026
