Comfortable chair. Few washers & bolts missing but rectified quickly. Tricky putting arms on.. Mrs L. Shepherdswell Dover, . Wed Jul 22 2020

Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Also the leather has a small hole in it on the front of the chair, but as long as it's not messed with it shouldn't get any worse. Overall really pleased!. Rebecca. Telford, GB. Tue Jul 21 2020

Ergonomic design: Curved backrest with lumbar support provides tailored support for your back. Synchro-tilt allows the chair to be reclined up to 130°. Seat height adjustable.

I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. It’s pretty pointless in that you have to maintain a physical push backwards in order to keep it back.. Paula Pickard. Glen Parva Leicester, GB. Fri Mar 05 2021

Box stitching pattern on chair's seat pad and backrest. Black soft PU finishes with white contrasting panels and fixed padded arms for a simple yet contemporary look. Deep foam cushioning for long hours of sitting.

Absolutely perfect, just what I needed! This chair was delivered quickly, easy to assemble and very comfortable. I was looking for a new, comfortable chair for my desk - specifically one to help my posture remain upright - this chair is a great solution. The only issue, not a problem for me, but I know that it might be for someone else, is the aesthetic fixings to hide the screws do not fit!. Jordan. Bury St. Edmunds, GB. Fri Apr 03 2020

Fantastic chair. Easy to assemble and use. I have it for over 3 months now and use it in the morning and post-lunch the cat likes to sleep on it. So far so good. It’s a nice chair and happy with it. Took me around 45 min to build it, I would recommend having a screwdriver as the back screws can be slightly annoying using the key that came with the chair to adjust it. Thanks.. Carlos. Glasgow, GB. Sat Sep 05 2020

A nice comfortable chair that doesn't cost a fortune. Linda. Theydon Bois Epping, GB. Tue Sep 29 2020

I love my new chair. It is very comfortable, supportive and stylish. I have severe back, hip, and other joint issues. I can easily sit in this chair with hours of comfort. Which I can't do with most seating because of joint pain. The chair really is worth 5 stars and price is extremely reasonable. I gave 4 stars because I wish the chair could be adjusted by being able to lean back. It can only be adjusted by moving it up and down for height adjustment reasons. I don't have to have a computer chair that leans forward/backwards, it's more of a personal preference. I was more than happy with my purchase.. Kayla. San Antonio, TX. Sat Jun 02 2018

ERGONOMIC DESIGN: Curved backrest with adjustable lumbar support. Synchro-tilt allows the chair to be reclined up to 130°. Seat height adjustable.

Perfectly decent for the cost. The lower back ergonomic bit is a little hard but still good.. Stephanie. Fri Jul 10 2020
