Really happy with my purchase. The chair came just as pictured and is as comfortable as described. I love the recline, as it’s not too far back. Just enough for a premium comfort feel. After completing 2 full 9 hour days of work on the chair, with 0 back pain, I can say I’m very happy with my purchase.. Philip. London, GB. Wed May 27 2020

Descent chair bought to work from home. It was easy enough to assemble on my own. I now use it on a full time basis. I find it is comfortable and provides good back support. The adjustable armrests provide good support also and as a result my shoulder and neck pain is lessened. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my chair close enough to the desk but there was no issue. Fast delivery from Wayfair too.. Bernice. Belfast, GB. Wed Dec 02 2020

One of the screws was very hard to put in. Leather is decent and not slippery. The construction is very sturdy, all metal. It's stiffer than I expected although that might change with time. The chair seat is also very wide, probably ~ 5cm wider than usual. Overall, 4 stars from be due to the problem screw, harder seat than expected and lack of lumbar support at this price.. Anonymous. Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Also the leather has a small hole in it on the front of the chair, but as long as it's not messed with it shouldn't get any worse. Overall really pleased!. Rebecca. Telford, GB. Tue Jul 21 2020

This Leather Desk Chair features a highly supportive executive ideal for top-level users who want the support often only found in the task or operational seating.

I bought it to replace another chair that broke. This one is much more comfortable and is real leather according to the listing when I purchased it, even if I couldn’t tell at first. (Please include something to reassure that it is real in the packaging.) The chair also has Ben good for my back. Elliot. Dewsbury, GB. Sat Jul 11 2020

This is an everyday operator chair suited to all environments - from call centres to the home office. The backrest can be reclined and locked in any position or be used for permanent contact and support. Perfect for the all day operator requirement.

Good quality product well packed and promptly delivered. All parts included, assembly instructions via pictograms without explanatory text OK but no explanations as to chair operation a disadvantage - e.g. two gas lift mechanisms of different lengths included with no text on which or how to use or whether they should be fitted together was confusing.
