This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. Will need to test for regular use but so far impressed.. Ben Lane. Llantwit Major. Sat Jan 14 2023

This took me a little bit to assemble but wasn’t too difficult. It’s a good quality and works as it should. The color is nice. The lumbar support is not adjustable and it takes some getting used to, especially if you have a messed up lower back like I do. I didn’t like it at first and I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s more comfortable to me now.. Kimberly. Mcdaniels, KY. Thu May 29 2025

This multi-functional chair will handle all of your wants and needs that you desire in an office chair, along with great comfort.

Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022
