This chair is perfect. Just what we were looking for. It's super sturdy and heavy. Easy to put together.. Jalenda. New Bern, NC. Sun Oct 13 2024

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. The backrest is made of breathable mesh material, ensuring smooth air circulation even after prolonged use and avoiding a stuffy feeling. The armrests support multi-angle adjustment in the front, back, left, and right directions, flexibly adapting to different postures, providing a stable support point for the arms and effectively alleviating soreness and discomfort in the shoulders and arms. At the same time, the chair is equipped with adjustable seat height and tilt functions, and the pneumatic lifting device is easy to operate. It can easily adjust the seat to the optimal position according to your own height and the height of the desk, helping to maintain a standard sitting posture. During breaks, you can adjust the tilt angle to lean back and relax, easing work pressure. The bottom is made of a high-strength metal five-claw base, combining excellent robustness and stability for a longer service life.

Very uncomfortable! the armrests are positioned too far out on the sides and in front so cannot rest my arms on them as it would be uncomfortable. The seat depth is too short, it feels like i'm about to slip off the chair! Very unhappy with this product... Shahnaz. Streetly Sutton Coldfield, GB. Fri Jan 05 2018

This took me a little bit to assemble but wasn’t too difficult. It’s a good quality and works as it should. The color is nice. The lumbar support is not adjustable and it takes some getting used to, especially if you have a messed up lower back like I do. I didn’t like it at first and I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s more comfortable to me now.. Kimberly. Mcdaniels, KY. Thu May 29 2025

This multi-functional chair will handle all of your wants and needs that you desire in an office chair, along with great comfort.

Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022

Good lumbar support, very comfortable and the arms moving on both the x and y axis is a great feature. Nearly all I’ve tried will rotate or move forward and back but never in and out. Adjusting the seat cushion length would’ve made this the perfect chair, but even without it I have no real complaints.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 11 2026
