Whilst I'm always a little wary of reviews, I was impressed by the number of 5* reviews, many of which said that this chair is very comfortable; I agree. I also found it very easy to assemble. I had researched extensively on line before buying and I found the pricing of the chair was competitive so I'm very satisfied with my purchase.. Graham Pursey. Cranleigh, GB. Sat Dec 17 2022

Perfect. Easy to put together and very comfortable. Faye. Rickmansworth, GB. Fri Jun 19 2020

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Prompt delivery. Chairs easy to put together. Seem well made and are comfortable. Easy to adjust. Look good.. Sandra. Newtown, GB. Wed Nov 21 2018

Very uncomfortable! the armrests are positioned too far out on the sides and in front so cannot rest my arms on them as it would be uncomfortable. The seat depth is too short, it feels like i'm about to slip off the chair! Very unhappy with this product... Shahnaz. Streetly Sutton Coldfield, GB. Fri Jan 05 2018

Not particularly comfortable, elements given in the box don’t fit the product. Fittings aren’t very tight so arms are very loose. Overall below average.. Jamie. Bolton, GB. Thu Apr 25 2019

This inviting office chair will provide you with much functionality with easy-to-adjust triple paddle controls. This chair features transparent, breathable mesh material that allows air to circulate. Mesh office chairs can keep you more productive throughout your work day with their comfort and ventilated design. The locking back angle adjustment lever changes the angle of your torso to reduce disc pressure. The tilt lock mechanism offers a comfortable rocking/reclining motion. The free-rein motion is great for taking a quick break from typing to answer phone calls and relax. The waterfall front seat edge removes pressure from the lower legs and improves circulation. The pneumatic adjustment lever will allow you to easily adjust the seat to your desired height. This multi-functional chair will handle all of your wants and needs that you desire in an office chair, along with great comfort.

Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022
