Poor quality. The arm material isn't stretched properly on one arm. The overall asthetic is good but the actual chair itself is poor. Wayfairs answer was to offer my about £70 refund which I've declined and they are now shipping a new seat for the chair. The chair also sits quite low and could do with a better gas lift mechanism. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. The chair looks great in the photos, it was easy to assemble but in reality its cheap and not at all robust. It states can take up to maximum of 120kg weight, I'm 70kg and it has already started to wear out. the arms cannot be adjusted though the height can. The massage feature is not massage more of a loud vibration that gets annoying after a while. As a result of this chair I have shoulder back and neck pain, its poorly built. I bought it in May within 6 months its worn out. I do not use it daily. Its used just at the weekends for approx 6 hours in my office. the description on the website is misleading. I would send it back if I could. I have so many sores after use of just a few hours my shoulder and arms hurt as well as my lower back. I've attached photos. Safe your money!
