Amazing, it fits my size as a woman! I’ve had a lot of problems finding a chair that isn’t huge for me. Usually chair seats hit the back of my lower leg causing my legs to go numb. But this chair leaves space so my legs don’t get numb while sitting. Also, the quality is amazing, that’s why I included close ups of the parts. The armrests rotate in so I can actually rest my elbows while typing. And the headrest comes down low enough to actually cradle my neck. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. What a difference a good chair makes! I'd being struggling with back pains over the last few weeks and ascribed it to a combination of not moving or exercising as much due to vacation. It turned out to be the previous chair I was using. The lumbar support is brilliant and even with the handrest down, slides nicely under my table while my previous chair couldn't. The only niggles I have come across so far are the net-like designs on the seat and handrest that will soon become a magnet for dirt. Just a few days and I've had to use various pointy objects to pick things out. Probably due to the chair's very light weight and easy-rolling casters, it slides all too easily over my hard floor mat. I bought this chair due to the current working from home situation as my original chair was lovely but was not made to be used 8-10 hours per day. I needed something more comfortable & supportive and knew I needed a more robust executive model - I am really glad I did as this chair is really comfortable, wider seat and can tilt as needed. It looks and feels like a great quality chair. Not that difficult to assemble...in fact, my youngest daughter (15) put it together for me in under an hour while I continued to work...all I had to do was tighten a few bits when she was done.
