Incredibly comfy chair, relatively simple to build. Would definitely recommend!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 11 2021

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Very comfortable, good support in the right places. The height seems to be very limited though, we were going to invest in these for the whole office but it does not raise high enough for the men to be comfortable.. Vicky. Braintree. Fri Apr 01 2022

The office chair is designed with an S-shaped structure that perfectly contours to your body, offering exceptional support for your lower back and waist. It features easy-to-adjust seat height, headrest, backrest, and flip-up armrests, allowing you to tailor the chair to your specific needs. The integrated lumbar support helps alleviate pressure on the spinal discs, reducing the risk of back pain and promoting long-lasting comfort.

This took me a little bit to assemble but wasn’t too difficult. It’s a good quality and works as it should. The color is nice. The lumbar support is not adjustable and it takes some getting used to, especially if you have a messed up lower back like I do. I didn’t like it at first and I’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s more comfortable to me now.. Kimberly. Mcdaniels, KY. Thu May 29 2025

This inviting office chair will provide you with much functionality with easy-to-adjust triple paddle controls. This chair features transparent, breathable mesh material that allows air to circulate. Mesh office chairs can keep you more productive throughout your work day with their comfort and ventilated design. The locking back angle adjustment lever changes the angle of your torso to reduce disc pressure. The tilt lock mechanism offers a comfortable rocking/reclining motion. The free-rein motion is great for taking a quick break from typing to answer phone calls and relax. The waterfall front seat edge removes pressure from the lower legs and improves circulation. The pneumatic adjustment lever will allow you to easily adjust the seat to your desired height. This multi-functional chair will handle all of your wants and needs that you desire in an office chair, along with great comfort.

Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022
