I just got it so the 5 stars are based on new condition.I hope to get atleast 5 good years from this chair.Anyway its nice looking. looks well made with a modern design.I dont understand the complaints about putting it together.The instructions are clear and it takes about 30 minutes .Its a little firm when new but Im sure it will soften up in a couple weeks. This is a great chair for the price, it has issues but mostly in places that it doesn’t matter. I don’t think you will find a better chair if you are tall and want full back support,want height adjustment, tilt/rock function and adjustable arm rests, and it provides these well. It’s comfy and moves silently (a must for me being next to my baby’s room) and I’ve already put many hours in on this seat. Now for issues, the plastic casing/shroud on the seat is extremely thin and was cracked on mine upon arrival, an entirely cosmetic defect though, the handle/locking mechanism for the tilt adjustment can be very loud, i have oiled it and it’s been a lot better since, the rock function is nice although it doesn’t lock in the back position (like other chairs) meaning rock function is On or Off and locked into standard position, finally the wings on the seat do cut in a tiny bit (I’m a hefty guy) but not much, if I had bought this to watch movies in it may be an issue but I’m always playing games. Has to be said none of the issues have cause me any significant problems, and I am very happy with the chair. TL;DR - A great all-rounder for a pc chair, cheap price means some cheap areas are cheap quality but not in any area that affects functionality and I would recommend this chair for PC gamers.. This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position.
