Very good chair. In the photo, it looks quite basic but it is really massive and adjustable. The headrest is very well attached. The lumbar support is adjustable in terms of height and thickness. The seat is well padded and the firmness is spot on. The chair looks really durable and well made. The only potential issue is that the lowest sitting height is already quite high due to the thickness of the sit. A person with shorter shins like me needs a high footrest. . Bartosz. London, GB. No Headrest

Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. It's good except for the wheels, which slot into the base, but not securely. I have leant back a couple of times and nearly ended up on my rear-end as the wheels have popped out. It's comfy and not hard to put together however I got this one because it was overall 60cm width however its more like 65cm. So now the chair does not fit very well under my desk due to this. Update: after having this chair for just under 10 months now I can say its a lot less comfortable and the rocking feature is very noisy makes creaking and cracking sounds constantly if you tip back a little. Arrived really quickly, although theyre using Evri now - so be aware of that if youre not a fan. The chair itself is great! Easy enough to put together, fine for one person but better if two of you are doing it. The seat is comfortable and has a mesh fabric covering it, a little bit firm but molds to you. The arms arent adjustable but the back is, including how much you want the back indentation to be (its very slight though, so itll have to be a bit of trial and error until you get it right). The head rest tilts if you need it and sits comfortably at my 5ft 2in height (when seated), if youre shorter this may not be the case, if youre taller I think it can be adjusted higher but only by a little. It does recline, but not fully flat and it does make you feel like youre going to fall off but you dont! Really sturdy and the height adjustment is pretty good too.
