The pump can easily be reached from inside the spa and features cup holders for drinks and snacks. Ordering was a breeze and all pieces arrived quickly. But the set up instructions are TERRIBLE. The pics in the manual are out of focus and no help. The videos on the website are also very little help. There are parts mentioned one time in the manual that are not listed anywhere else nor is there a picture of them. The app is also a joke. Thankfully, after searching, we found some YouTube videos that were helpful. All that said, once assembled, I am really enjoying the hot tub. We’re two weeks in with no issues so far.. Kellyc. I bought this about three weeks ago. Love it, been in most days, easy to test. It’s a shame the cover is heavy and bulky because I would like to use the spa more however I can’t take the cover off on my own. Not noticing a high reading on my electricity bill so the insulation must work well. Heating good and the jets massage to perfection, once blown up nice and stable.. Rosieredcat. Mon Sep 14 2026
