Easy to assemble - took about an hour from opening the box! The only slightly tricky bit was putting the chair bit onto the base - however that is because this is a robust product and, therefore, quite heavy. It is very comfortable too. Helen. Poole, GB. Wed Jan 08 2025

Experience extraordinary seating comfort with the Doro S300, recipient of the German Design Award. Comfy and Sturdy even for a heavier male. Great height to sit correctly. Its a great buy with the extended support and means i wont have to invest for at least five years! Thanks Wayfair. Nicholas. GB. Thu Aug 28 2025

This product is poorly made. First one they sent was faulty- no screw holes in the seat so I couldn't assemble. Waited ages for a replacement seat to be sent - and that one was faulty too as the holes did not line up with the holes in the frame, meaning assembly was again impossible. Not just me - several competent family members tried and also failed. Eventually had to request full refund (and was still required to go to the trouble of packaging the whole thing up and returning it!) Would not recommend at all.. Natalie. Brierley Hill, GB. Very good chair. In the photo, it looks quite basic but it is really massive and adjustable. The headrest is very well attached. The lumbar support is adjustable in terms of height and thickness. The seat is well padded and the firmness is spot on. The chair looks really durable and well made. The only potential issue is that the lowest sitting height is already quite high due to the thickness of the sit. A person with shorter shins like me needs a high footrest. . Bartosz. London, GB. I put it together in 10-15 minutes. Soooo comfortable. The max height adjustment is higher than a lot of chairs which worked perfectly for my higher desk surface. All the adjustments work well and seem sturdy.. Holly. Sun Jul 25 2021

Comfortable all day but I had to change the gas strut for a taller one as the original was too short plus the back on one chair does not remain at tallest setting. We ordered 2x chairs and both had nearly escaped their boxes by the time they were delivered.. Neil. GB. Tue Sep 29 2020
