Feels very sturdy, and the material is nice. the instructions are a bit unclear, it says to attacehd the chair back bracket on top of the adjuster bracket, however i think it is supposed to say underneath, as this fits better for the size of screw and makes it more secure. I purchased the red one due to offer £95. The colour was more of a burgundy which is not a problem. I don’t believe the seat is genuine leather, nor would I expect it to be at that price. I think it is more likely PU The seat pad is not thick as described or as comfortable as my last office chair. The lumber support is ok. The quality of finish, of the parts could be better. However, the chair looks good and comfortable for short periods of time for me. I would not want to work for 8 or more hours a day homeoffice on it. Easy to assemble just be careful with the back rest, leave the arm rests loose until you have all the bolts in for the back rest and tighten all together. For the money you will be hard pushed to get much better. The last one I bought from Staples was in 2015 and cost circa £175, more comfortable and that was facing leather now looked a mess, hence this purchase. I will see how it wares.. Anonymous. The chair feels very solid and was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and I appreciated the labelling for the pieces. Delivery was quick, although there was some damage to the box itself the chair was fine inside. Having assembled and tested the chair I can say it is quite nice on initial use. The massage and heated seat features are nice to have and I didn't expect them to be as powerful as it was. The chair is comfy and feels robust. This chair is a big improvement from what I was using before - back support, arm rests, head rest, leather cushions and it's really comfy! I work 10+ hours a day so it's really what I need! Assembly took a while (the instructions are really simple) but with the help of a second pair of hands we managed to get all the screws in place and get it up right. I am quite disappointed with Wayfair. Details of the product indicate no assembly was needed, and I just received the order with a chair to fully assemble on my own, with really poor instructions. A basic paper stating almost nothing. Beside that, the box was completely damaged, the delivery company did not even ring the door and left the box at the building entrance in this state. Most likely due to the damage, they did not want to face the costumer. Another unpleasant thing is the fact Wayfair says product is from Inbox Zero, which is wrong. The product is from Office Furniture Direct, in their website for a lower value than Wayfair even under the pretense discount. I am quite disappointed and learn my lesson not to trust again.. Susana.
