Arrived quickly it was a job and a half to build the chair my son would of liked the back to be higher to support his head and neck better he finds it a bit low ( All in all sturdy chair all parts present and instructions were ok except for screws could of been identified to make for easier assembly. A high-quality popular everyday operator ergonomic office chair that looks similar to market alternatives but has upgraded foam density, thicker foam, and a hard-wearing fabric back and seat. The permanent contact back mechanism means the seat can move up and down and the back of the chair can be tilted and locked to find a position that suits, or left to free float and be in permanent contact with your back.

I’ve not tried it for long yet but it seems very comfortable so far, and good value for money. A doddle to put together - I didn’t even need a screwdriver as there are no screws. It slotted together in under five minutes. The up and down mechanism works well and the tilts well too. The only reason I’m not giving it the full five stars is that there’s no retaining screw on the back, which means if you move it by the back it can slide up a bit but it’s not a big issue. I’ve given this 4 stars as a part was damaged on arrival. However, it wasn’t a significant part so I didn’t complain. I was happy to receive the chair a week earlier than expected, though I still had to wait 2 weeks but given there must be lots of homeworkers wanting chairs due to covid, I didn’t mind. The instructions were pretty basic with no writing at all, just pictures, but I managed to figure it all and assemble on my own. There were no instructions for the levers in that to raise the seat level, you have to stand up first. The backrest moves backwards when you move the lever but doesn’t lock into position. We bought this for our 7 year old son and he loves it. He chose the colours and it looks really good. The chair itself seems to be very stable. Our son is not heavy enough to lean back and recline but I have tried it and its super comfortable. The back of the chair seems to support in the right places and its nice to be able to relax into. It's comfy and not hard to put together however I got this one because it was overall 60cm width however its more like 65cm. So now the chair does not fit very well under my desk due to this.
