Really pleased with delivery time and quality of chair. Lumbar support is a little low and can't be moved - but that's just for me. Overall, mostly pleased two weeks in. The seat and back are really comfortable… nice air circulation. Only two complaints: (1) the arm rests feel cheap (opposite if the seat, which feels nice) and don’t adjust forward/backward, and (2) the assembly instructions were at times confusing about which direction parts should face. In total took about 2.5-3hrs to put together. That said, overall pretty happy with this purchase so far.. Aaron. Seattle, WA. Tue Jun 28 2022
